With a rich history deeply intertwined with the property industry, our journey began when our founder, Tara Rez, overcame homelessness at just 16 by securing a position at a premier London letting company.
Tara's resilience and tenacity propelled her from sleeping under a desk to becoming the most accomplished Sales & Training agent in the firm. However, as she delved deeper into the industry's inner workings, a misalignment with the company's practices ignited her entrepreneurial spirit. At the age of 19, armed with a mere £35, Tara founded 'Rentals'. Over the past three decades, we've facilitated and managed £50 billion worth of tenancies across London while remaining committed to unwavering honesty, competitiveness, and expertise.
Our forte lies in comprehensive property management, alleviating the concerns of our clients by seamlessly overseeing every aspect – from securing tenants to nurturing decade-spanning tenancies. We boast specialized proficiency in evictions, HMO management, and compliance, ensuring a hassle-free experience for our clients.
